Tony has been active in the Texas real estate industry for more than 20 years, beginning shortly after receiving a B.B.A. from the University of North Texas and a J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law. With over two decades in the real estate service industry, Tony has developed the experience, knowledge, and skills necessary to assist his clients with all types of transactions including residential, commercial, and multi-family properties.

Debra has over 25 years of experience in selling real estate in McAllen and the Rio Grande Valley specializing in residential properties. Her expertise has been in working with the employees of major companies including General Motors, Norton, GE, Johnson Control and TRW as well as others in the relocation of their families.  Debra has been active in the real estate community. She has been an active member in the Women's Council of Realtors holding various offices including President, Treasurer and serving on the Board of Directors. Debra has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Residential Sales Council of the Realtors National Marketing Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. She completed the required courses offered by the Residential Sales Council and demonstrated specific expertise in applied residential real estate marketing. Less than three percent of all Realtors hold this designation.  Debra was awarded 1997 REALTOR® of the Year by The Greater McAllen Association of REALTORS®.

Charles Marina established First American Realty in 1988. Charles has devoted his entire career exclusively to Commercial Real Estate. He has represented the RTC, FDIC, Circle K, Tandy Corporation, Nextel, and Denny’s, as well as several Banks and other major corporations.
Charles formerly served as President of the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors (GMAR) and chaired numerous committees including the Professional Standards, Legislative, and Grievance Committees, along with numerous Task Forces assignments, (Building Task Force and as the AE Task Force Chairman). Charles was previously named “Realtor of the Year” for Greater McAllen Association of Realtors (GMAR).
On the State level, for the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR): Charles chaired the Realtor Commercial Alliance (RCA) Committee, served as the Region 11 TREPAC Trustee, served as TAR Director, served on the Executive Director search committee task force, as well as the following TAR committees: Legal Review, Political Affairs, Governmental Affairs, Legislative and Budget and Finance. Charles testified before the state legislator on two occasions, first regarding “property rights” issues and secondly on the highly debated “home equity lending” legislation.
On the National level, for National Association of Realtors (NAR): Charles served as a Federal Political Coordinator (FPC) to U. S. Congressman Ruben Hinojosa. Charles has served as (NAR) Director and on the National Realtor Commercial Alliance (RCA) Committee.
Community Service: Charles has served as a BBVA Compass Bank Advisory Director. Charles is the incoming president elect of the McAllen South Rotary Club. In addition to this he serves on several other committees throughout the community.

Susie is an extremely passionate, capable individual who is committed to providing exceptional service to her clients. She is a dedicated professional and plans to continue to take additional courses apart from the required REALTOR® curriculum to expand her knowledge base. My Grandfather came to the Valley in 1917. He was Chief of the volunteer Fire Department when McAllen got large enough to need street names. My Grandmother helped with that process implementing the alphabetical method still in use today. I say all this just to emphasize that I am rooted here and committed to our community.

In my capacity as a REALTOR® working with the amazing team at First American Realty Co. I will serve the members of our community with integrity and hard work. Buying and selling real estate, whether it’s your home or a place to set up your business is a big deal. My job is to help guide you through the process as smoothly as possible.
